Description

Mobility Rx is a one-hour class designed to restore functional movement, ease tension, and help your body feel better in everyday life.


Using Yoga Tune Up®–inspired techniques, we’ll explore deep, targeted stretching, self-massage, and mindful movement to improve joint health, flexibility, and body awareness.

Breathwork is woven throughout the class to support relaxation, reduce stress, and help your nervous system reset. Expect a slow, intentional pace with plenty of options, making this class accessible and effective for all levels.

You’ll leave feeling more open, balanced, and resilient—moving with greater ease both on and off the mat.
