Description

In the combined level, children aged 5 to 12 years will learn shallow dives, cannonball entries, eggbeater kicks, and in-water backward somersaults. They will refine their front and back crawl, and breaststroke. They will swim lengths of front crawl, back crawl, and breaststroke, and build their endurance with a 300 m workout.
