The Surfers program builds on foundational swimming and lifesaving sport skills while introducing athletes to more advanced techniques used in training and competition. In a fun, supportive, and skill-focused environment, participants will continue to develop swimming fitness, speed, endurance, and rescue abilities while refining stroke technique and transitions between events. Through structured coaching and event-specific training, athletes will enhance their performance in key lifesaving sport disciplines, including Line Throw, Obstacle Swim, Manikin Tow, and Manikin Carry, while building confidence, teamwork, and a lifelong enjoyment of sport. This program prepares athletes for higher levels of lifesaving sport participation and competition while emphasizing personal achievement and athletic development.
