Teen Fitness Orientation (12-17 years)
**There are two mandatory sessions that will run twice per week. Attendance of both sessions will be required for use of the Fitness Centre.**
Monday - Session 1, 6:30-7:15pm
Thursday - Session 2, 4:00-4:40pm
This fitness orientation helps teens feel comfortable and confident in a fitness centre setting while teaching them how to use equipment safely, building foundational movement skills, and encouraging healthy, sustainable fitness habits.
Please wear athletic workout clothing, closed-heeled, closed‑toed indoor athletic shoes and a non-glass water bottle. They are also encouraged to bring a notepad and pen.
**If a session is missed you must attend that specific session in the coming weeks. Example: You missed the Thursday session, you will need to attend the next Thursday session.**
