Saanich Lifesaving Camp

The Saanich Lifesaving Camp is a fun and active program for youth who are interested in becoming future lifeguards or wanting to refresh their lifesaving skills. This includes developing swimming skills, safety in and around aquatic environments. Learn basic first aid and try exciting rescue simulation activities. Through games, teamwork, and hands-on challenges, participants will develop water safety knowledge and leadership skills in a supportive environment that will help them in their future aquatic lifesaving endeavors. Pre-requisites: Must be between 10 – 14 years of age. Must be able to swim 50 meters independently.
