Explore the martial art of Aikido in classes from world-renowned instructors. Aikido is non-competitive and develops mind-body connection, fitness, balance and self-defence through collaborative partner practice. Circular movements redirect attackers' bodies and energy, focusing on timing, control, and sensitivity. 10-class passes available for those needing flexibility: adult 10/$100; student 10/$80.
