Description

Our recreational class develops apparatus skills with the rope, hoop, ball, ribbon, and scarves. Participants will also develop physical literacy, body skills, and spatial awareness through balance, turn, jump, and dance techniques. The last session includes a show to demonstrate the skills we’ve learned through music and expression.
