Description
These beginners will become comfortable jumping into the water with and without a PFD. They’ll learn how to open their eyes, exhale, and hold their breath underwater. Floats, glides, and kicking skills with buoyant objects are introduced.
Be part of a new swim instructor's journey and join us in our low-cost practicum lessons that are part of our Swim Instructor Course. Participants will be taught by swim instructor candidates overseen by a certified swim instructor and with the Course Trainer nearby.
Participants will not receive badges or report cards as instructor candidates are receiving training and are not yet certified to provide formal feedback.
