Description

These swimmers will learn how to dive and how to do in-water somersaults and handstands to develop weight-transfer skills. They’ll learn Swim to Survive™ skills, whip kick on back, and will further develop their front and back crawl.

Be part of a new swim instructor's journey and join us in our low-cost practicum lessons that are part of our Swim Instructor Course. Participants will be taught by swim instructor candidates overseen by a certified swim instructor and with the Course Trainer nearby.

Participants will not receive badges or report cards as instructor candidates are receiving training and are not yet certified to provide formal feedback.
