Description
Seahorse (2-3 years) teaches toddlers to become more independent in the water with their parent/caregiver(s) close by to help. They’ll learn how to safely enter the water wearing a PFD and will develop underwater skills such as submersion and opening their eyes underwater. “Starfish” floats, “pencil” floats, and kicking skills are taught using songs and games. Toddlers progress into Octopus once they are 3 years old.
Be part of a new swim instructor's journey and join us in our low-cost practicum lessons that are part of our Swim Instructor Course. Participants will be taught by swim instructor candidates overseen by a certified swim instructor and with the Course Trainer nearby.
Participants will not receive badges or report cards as instructor candidates are receiving training and are not yet certified to provide formal feedback.
