Description

For those new to instructing cycling, this portion of the workshop reviews the components of the Keiser bike and biomechanics of cycling. Participants will learn the proper set-up, body positioning, and cycling technique.

Participants will then learn the science behind timer & interval drills, including the basic 12 components of creating drills with purpose. Participants will receive a template tool to simplify the creation of cycling drills.

The final stage of this workshop is based on music – learning the 8-count, and the anatomy of a song. Participants will learn how to find and organize music playlists to match drills created.

Attendees will receive both practical and theoretical training, a detailed training manual, and a certificate of completion. Please note this is an active workshop, so remember to wear your fitness gear.
