Description

Bring your family together and learn the basics of yoga, ideal for helping control breathing and reducing stress. Learn fundamentals to practice between classes. In nice summer weather, we'll practice outside. Recommended for children 6 to 11yrs. One adult 16yrs+ required per family. Register each participant, bring a mat or towel.
