Description
Our recreational class develops apparatus skills with the rope, hoop, ball, ribbon, and scarves. Participants will also develop physical literacy, body skills & awareness through balance, turn, jump, and dance techniques as well as spatial awareness. Last session includes a show to demonstrate learned skills with music and expression.
