Description

Bring your family together and learn the basics of yoga, which is ideal for helping control breathing and reducing stress. Learn fundamentals to practice together between classes. Recommended for children 6 to 11yrs. One adult 16yrs+ required per family. It also includes a complimentary skate entry to be used after the class during Everyone Welcome Skate (1:30-2:45pm). Register each participant, bring a mat or towel.
