This high-energy youth program is designed to help youth build strong bodies and resilient minds through a mix of exciting physical challenges and chill, brain-boosting activities. From obstacle courses and team relays to yoga flows and TikTok like dances—every week brings a new way to get moving, build strength, and boost energy. After the action, we cool down with guided mindfulness exercises, creative journaling, confidence-building discussions, and breathing techniques to easy every day stressors. Some weeks youth will have the opportunity to make healthy snack/smoothie options in our kitchen.
