Improve your strength, balance, and confidence in a welcome environment. This class features low-impact exercises designed to support everyday movement. Expect a mix of seated and standing work, including 20+minutes of standing exercises. Recommended for participants who can comfortable stand for at least 30 minutes. Chairs are available throughout for support or rest when needed.
