Enjoy this full body workout that reduces stress on the joints, engages the upper body, improves posture and core strength and boosts overall calorie burn. After the walk, stay and connect with fellow participants during a relaxed social gathering to share experiences, build friendships and enjoy a supportive community atmosphere.
