Below please find pertinent information about your upcoming Cecchetti exams.

Rehearsal Date: Saturday, May 2, 2026
Rehearsal Time: Standard One: 3:30-4:30
Standard Two: 4:30-5:30
Standard Three: 5:30-6:30
Standard Four: 6:30-7:30
The exam date is Sunday, June 7th.
Exam Location: Rise 21 Dance, 8-3160 Westwood Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C.
Exam Fees: Please note that the Richmond Arts Centre staff will be reaching out to you to collect the following fees from you. Please note these fees are non-refundable in case of absence.
• Examination fee: $85.00 per student
• Pianist fee: $40 per student - includes rehearsal and exam
• Studio fee: $18 per student - includes rehearsal and exam
• Admin fee: $17 per student
Exam time: Noted on exam schedule attached
Arrival time: Please arrive 1 hour before your scheduled time of exam. Please note, students will be directed to the warm up area by the studio staff prior to the commencement of their exam. Parents are not permitted in the examination room or warm up space but can stay at the studio lobby.
Pick Up time: The students can be picked up after their exam.
Dress Code:
• Clean slippers, tights, solid black sleeveless leotard.
• Ballet bun, performance nylon hair net, no embellishments including scrunchies, decorative hair clips, no flyaways. Be sure your hair is secure and tidy.
• No nail polish
• No jewelry
• Light makeup if this is your preference, makeup not required
• Please ensure your child has a water bottle and a small snack at hand.
