Description
Learn basic striking techniques through light pad work using punches, kicks, elbows and knees. Build footwork and head movement while improving coordination and balance and add simple conditioning exercises to support strength and endurance. Practice self-defense skills in a safe, supportive setting. These are non-contact sessions with no participant-to-participant hitting. Instructed by Titan Training Centre.
