Description

Improve overall ballet technique and develop strength through floor work and occasional barre work. Study fundamentals of foot articulation, body alignment, and proper use of turn-out while practicing ease of movement, flexibility, and port de bras in relation to breath and abdominal use. Optional use of thera bands and yoga mats for exercise adaptation as needed. Equipment provided. Dress code in effect. Please see Registration Notes for details. Pre-requisite: Concurrent enrollment in Ballet or Ballet - Intensive.
