Build strength, balance and emotional resilience in a supportive environment. This beginner level emphasizes Tai Chi foundations and gentle movement with a focus on fundamental patterns, coordination and breath awareness. Learn standing meditation, flowing forms, and movement training, with occasional use of props such as fans, sticks, and swords to enhance focus, control, and artistic expression.
