Description

Build strength, balance and emotional resilience in a supportive, introductory environment. Develop Tai Chi foundations and gentle movement with a focus on fundamental patterns, coordination and breath awareness. Learn standing meditation, flowing forms and movement training, with occasional use of props such as fans, sticks and swords to enhance focus, control and artistic expression.
