Description

Cover the development of fitness by working on two interval training workouts, sprints and front and back crawl; Swim to Survive®; and the further development of deep water entries/skills while wearing a PFD; the further development of the whip kick; and an introduction to breaststroke. Pre-requisite: Swim - Adult 1 or Adult Basics.
