Description
Cultivate strength and grace through a fusion of Chinese body rhythm dance, Tai Chi and body-sculpting. Improve posture, flexibility and inner calm. Build strength, balance and emotional resilience in a supportive environment. This intermediate level emphasizes dance expression, complex sequences and Tai Chi flow with a focus on refinement, stability and exploration.
Program taught in English and Chinese. For women only. Equipment provided. Dress code in effect. Please see Registration Notes for details. Pre-requisite: Women's Chinese Dance, Tai Chi and Body-sculpting - Beginner or equivalent.
