Practice ballet technique by combining fundamental movements into choreographed sequences. Focus on body alignment, arm and foot positions and learning ballet terminology. An emphasis on precision, musicality and technical understanding creates strong foundational skills, preparing dancers for the next level of ballet study and more complex choreography.
