Enrollment opens November 24, 2026 at 7:00 a.m.Power into patrols! Swimmers in Rookie Patrol continue their stroke development with 50m front crawl, back crawl and breaststroke swims. Lifesaving sport skills are introduced through a 25m obstacle swim and 15m object carry. First aid training is also provided, focusing on the assessment of conscious victims, contacting EMS, and treatment for bleeding. Workouts of 350m with 100m timed swimming do wonders for the fitness levels! The ratio for this level is 12 swimmers to 1 instructor. Prerequisite: Swimmer 6.
