Description
This course is designed to provide an introduction and offers swimmers an opportunity to maintain, improve, and further develop their swimming skills between sessions. Moving on up! Swimmers in Preschool 2 will learn how to jump into chest-deep water by themselves, and get in and out of the pool wearing a lifejacket. Swimmers will have fun learning to submerge and exhale underwater. They will also be working towards floating on their front and back for 3 seconds each, gliding on their front and back for 3m each, and kicking on their back for 5m, all while using a buoyant aid. The ratio for this level is 4 swimmers to 1 instructor. Prerequisite: Preschool 1
