Description
Never picked up a paintbrush before? This workshop is for you! Grab a friend (or two) and join us for a relaxed evening of painting as you create a cozy autumn-inspired scene, with the option to add a touch of Halloween flair, such as a ghost, black cat, or bat.
This beginner-friendly paint-along takes place in the modern boardroom of Richmond Hill's new Cultural Centre. With step-by-step guidance from artist-instructor Alexandrea, you'll learn basic acrylic painting techniques, including colour blending, brushwork, and composition, in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Enjoy seasonal treats and refreshments as you paint, unwind, and embrace the creative spirit of the season. By the end of the evening, you'll leave with a completed painting, new artistic skills, and the confidence to continue exploring acrylic painting on your own.
All painting materials, tools, and refreshments are included in the registration fee.
Meet Your Instructor
Alexandrea leads engaging and inclusive art classes that encourage creativity, self-expression, and connection. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts from OCAD University and a background in animation, illustration, and graphic design, she brings a fun, imaginative approach to every session.
Participants will explore a variety of artistic techniques in a welcoming, supportive environment while building confidence and enjoying the creative process. Alexandrea believes art is for everyone and strives to make each class inspiring, relaxing, and enjoyable for all skill levels.
