Try It - RHLC

Try-it RHLC introduces young athletes between the ages of 6-16 to Lifesaving Sport. Our Try-it RHLC event will allow participants to experience a variety of activities over the course of the 1-hour session. Skills introduced will include Tow a Manikin with Fins, Obstacle Swim, Manikin Carry and Line Throw. RHLC level registration is based on athlete age. The age of the athlete dictates the skills required to compete at any level of competition in Ontario. As the athlete ages up, the skills change for practice and competition. The club season runs from September - June, ending with the option to compete at the Ontario Lifesaving Sport Championships. Prerequisite: Completed Swimmer 2 or higher
