Description

Do you want to improve your hockey game and get some exercise? This program focuses on hockey skills and drills. You will learn new moves and techniques to become a faster skater and better hockey player. ICE SKATES AND CSA-APPROVED ICE HOCKEY HELMETS WITH PROTECTIVE CAGE FACEMASKS AND FULL HOCKEY EQUIPMENT ARE MANDATORY. Neck guards are strongly recommended.
