Description

Experience one of Canada's great national sports! In this program, you'll learn the basics of sledge hockey, including how to move your sled, shoot the puck, and take part in fun-filled scrimmages! All abilities welcome, no previous experience necessary. Sledges and sticks will be provided.

Please Note: All participants are required to wear a CSA approved ice hockey helmet with protective cage facemask and gloves. Shin and elbow pads as well as protective shoes or boots are recommended. Sledges and sticks will be provided. Parents/support persons are welcome to assist on the ice and are required to wear a CSA approved ice hockey helmet.
