Description

This program will teach participants of all abilities basic ball skills. The classes are fun-filled and non-competitive while children are exposed to a wide variety of different ball and sports skills in each lesson. Sports include baseball, basketball, hockey, soccer, tennis and volleyball. Children will have the opportunity to practice skills that will help develop competence in physical literacy and individual participation, and help to overcome fears that discourage participation in sports.
