Description

Get a leg up in life by experiencing the benefits of kickboxing! Fitness and personal safety are the focus of this high-energy kickboxing program for kids. A variety of self-defence techniques rooted in kickboxing will be taught, while children will have an opportunity to improve their cardiovascular fitness in a fun and safe setting. This is an introductory level course. Previous experience is not required.
