Description

Family MMA provides fun exercise for the whole family. This program is designed for children eight and older and their parents/caregivers to enjoy fitness and high energy kickboxing together. A variety of self-defence techniques rooted in kickboxing will be taught, while increasing cardiovascular fitness.

The fee is based on the cost per person, and each member of the family must register individually. Every adult must be accompanied by a child. This is an introductory level course. Previous experience is not required.
