This hands-on workshop is designed for artists and creative entrepreneurs who want to stop spinning their wheels and start making real progress. Whether you’re overwhelmed by too many ideas or struggle to follow through on plans, this session will help you cut through the confusion. You will learn how to identify priorities of your creative business, break your big projects into manageable milestones, and map out your quarter month-by-month, to set yourself up for success. By the end of this workshop, you’ll have a personalized plan that is both achievable and flexible, giving you the clarity to stay on track all year long. Participants are encouraged to bring a laptop to use during the workshop.

Alisa Singh has spent more than 20 years training adults, developing careers, guiding and executing large projects within the fintech sector. Now, she leverages her skills and talents to support artists and creatives just like you.
Her special sauce is strategy, planning, and organization, with a generous dollop of compassion on top. She helps you set business goals, narrow your focus, make achievable plans to meet those goals, and build your confidence. Then, she helps you execute your plans! Alisa is also a formally trained illustrator who maintains a drawing and painting practice. She understands your creative spirit because she’s right there with you.
