Preschool 2

Moving on up! Swimmers in Preschool 2 will learn how to jump into chest-deep water by themselves, and get in and out of the pool wearing a lifejacket. Swimmers will have fun learning to submerge and exhale underwater. They will also be working towards floating on their front and back for 3 seconds each, gliding on their front and back for 3m each, and kicking on their back for 5m, all while using a buoyant aid. The ratio for this level is 4 swimmers to 1 instructor. Prerequisite: Preschool 1
