Swimmer 6

Swimming refined! These advanced swimmers will rise to the challenge of sophisticated aquatic skills including: stride entries, compact jumps and lifesaving kicks like eggbeater and scissor kick. Swimmers will also develop strength and power in a breaststroke sprint over 25m. The goal is for swimmers to easily complete 100m of front crawl and back crawl and 50m of breaststroke, as well as conquer the 300m workout. The ratio for this level is 10 swimmers to 1 instructor. Prerequisite: Swimmer 5.
