Description

Swim to get fit! Fitness Swimmer is recommended for adults who have completed Adult Swimmer 3 and want to challenge themselves in a non-competitive setting. It's a chance to develop stroke efficiency, strength and endurance through personal goal-setting for individual endurance challenges, sprints and object support. You will also learn to create swim workouts focusing on pacing and heart rate monitoring.

Prerequisite: Adult Swimmer 3 or the ability to swim 300m.
