Description

Small group swimming! This program focuses on the content from the Swimmer Teen 3 level in a small group with a maximum of 5 swimmers to 1 instructor. Learn to swim proficiently! You will master front crawl, back crawl and breaststroke. New fitness levels can also be reached, with a 300 m workout and sprinting 25 - 50 m. You will learn a variety of new skills, including eggbeater kick, stride entries and compact jumps. Prerequisite: Swimmer 4 or Swimmer Teen 2.
