Description
Start swimming for life! At this beginner level, swimmers will become more comfortable jumping into water with and without a lifejacket. They will learn a variety of underwater skills, including opening their eyes, exhaling and holding their breath. They will work on floats, glides and kicking through the water on their front and back without assistance and will be introduced to front crawl in a lifejacket. The ratio for this level is 6 swimmers to 1 instructor. Prerequisite: Beginner, non-swimmer, Preschool 1, 2 or 3.
