Description
Get the Adult 2 in a small group setting! This program focuses on all the content from the Adult 2 program, but with a smaller class size.
Master more skills! Adults who are already comfortable in the water will have a chance to advance by practicing their skills and enhancing their technique. At this level, you will complete two interval training workouts of 4 x 25m kicking and front or back crawl. You will also master breaststroke arms with breathing for 10-15m. Other skills taught include supporting yourself at the surface for 1-2 minutes and dive entries. Prerequisite: Swimmer Adult 1.
