Description

Get the Adult 3 in a small group setting! This program focuses on all the content from the Adult 3 program, but with a smaller class size.

Learn to swim proficiently! Adults who are very comfortable in the water will benefit from this course, as it helps develop strong swimming techniques. You will master front crawl, back crawl and breaststroke. New fitness levels can be reached with a 300m workout and sprinting 25-50m. You will learn a variety of new skills, including eggbeater kick, stride entries and compact jumps. Prerequisite: Swimmer Adult 2.
