Description
Discover the fun and tactile craft of needle felting in this one-day workshop. This creative process involves using special barbed needles to tangle and compact loose wool fibers, transforming them into solid shapes and designs. As the fibers interlock through repeated poking, they form a dense, firm fabric that can be used to create everything from flat pictures to detailed 3D sculptures like whimsical characters and animals. In this one-day workshop, artist-instructor Elena Molev will guide you through each step of sculpting a charming felt fox. Whether you are new to felting or a seasoned creator, this workshop will help you gain hands-on experience using different felting techniques. By day’s end, you’ll take home a delightful wool fox, both adorable and uniquely your own. All tools and materials provided upon payment of $10.00 Materials Fee to instructor at workshop.
