THIS IS NOT A LEARN TO SWIM PROGRAM.

Drop Ins are not permitted.

Continue to build your strength and endurance! This program provides strong swimmers with an opportunity to continue improving their fitness and endurance levels by working out two times per week with a competitive coach. The workouts range from 2000-3000m per session. The sessions are on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m.
