Description
RHLC Advanced athletes must be 14 years of age as of June 30, 2026 and younger than 16 years as of September 2, 2026. RHLC Advanced athletes must have a minimum of Swimmer 5 or higher swimming experience.
RHLC Pre Seniors must be 15 years of age as of June 30, 2026 and younger than 17 years as of September 2, 2025. RHLC Pre Seniors must have a minimum of Swimmer 6 or higher swimming experience.
