Dance it! for adults is a class for everyone! No dance experience? No problem! The instructor will have you doing simple moves to awesome music. Explore a variety of movements and rhythms inspired by music from around the world including Latin, African, Jazz and more! workup a sweat, burn calories, and "dance it" in a class that is both FUN and FIT! Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle.
