How to use your Telescope

Do you have a telescope, but don’t know how to use it? The experts from the Richmond Hill David Dunlap Observatory can help! Bring your telescope to this workshop to have it assessed and to receive one-on-one instruction on its use outdoors (as weather permits, indoors otherwise). To ensure the maximum benefit of your experience, each registration requires completion and submission of a questionnaire that will be emailed after registration is received. Maximum two people and one telescope per registration. Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a registered adult. The deadline to register for this program is Monday August 24, 2026 at 3p.m.
