Description

Taekwon-Do is a great way for kids to achieve fitness and focus. This program covers the fundamentals. It will help kids improve their balance, strength and agility, while teaching them how to block, kick and punch. This is a team environment where everyone supports each other in achieving goals. All skill levels are welcome. Please bring INDOOR SHOES.
