Description

Ballet is the foundation of many dance styles and is a key training tool for any aspiring dancer. Besides, kids love it! In this introductory program, kids will be introduced to ballet fundamentals and basic techniques, while learning how to develop their poise and performance skills. Each class will include a barre warm-up (using a chair). centre floor exercises, and dance combinations. Ballet slippers, bodysuits and tights are recommended.
