Beginners Acro is a thrilling introduction to the world of acrobatic dance, designed for those new to the art form. This styles combines elements of acrobatics, gymnastics, and focusing on building strength, balance and flexibility while having a ton of fun. Our classes are beginner-friendly, with an emphasis on safety and gradual skill development, making them accessible for all levels. The class includes learning to perform impressive acrobatic feats and expressing yourself.
