If you want to stay fit and active while having fun, Zumba Gold is the answer! It's an innovative and enjoyable activity that revolves around light dance and fitness routines inspired by and set to infectious Latin music. The class is taught at a lower intensity, but features the same great rhythms of Salsa, Merengue and Reggaeton!
